Just to keep me motivated… A meal plan for this week:
Sunday: Pot roast and chocolate pie
Monday: Leftover pot roast with a salad and biscuits, leftover pie, too
Tuesday: Angel hair pasta with chicken and artichokes; pasta and chicken parmesan for the kids
Wednesday: It’s a late-activity night so we have DIY dinner
Thursday: Taco salad and nachos
Friday: Dinner out, I think. Or leftovers, if we have them.
Saturday: Great Wolf Lodge!
